Qualifications and practical experience
My foundation is vocational training in a skilled trade. I also hold qualifications as a certified real estate agent and real estate specialist, with practical experience in project leadership and interim management for construction companies.
This combination of practice and business advice shapes my work. I know business responsibilities from both planning and daily implementation.
Funding advice and sector knowledge
My background includes work as a BAFA consultant, a former listing as a KfW consultant and advice on funding opportunities from investment banks throughout Germany, including Sächsische Aufbaubank (SAB).
My experience particularly covers construction, skilled trades and real estate, alongside startups and business development. This also includes corporate restructuring advice to analyse financial challenges and develop viable measures for stabilisation and strategic realignment.
International experience and informed teaching
My international consulting work in South America has shaped my understanding of different markets, business models and operating environments. I combine this experience with my own consultancy, which I have developed under the name Unternehmensberatung Kampmann since 2012.
Since 2012, I have worked as a lecturer and delivered seminars for business founders. I teach business fundamentals with a clear international perspective and a consistent focus on practical application. My aim is to explain complex relationships clearly and give aspiring entrepreneurs a sound basis for their decisions.

As CEO of KCM Kampmann Consulting and Management, I now continue my consulting work from Dubai. I support entrepreneurs with company formation in Dubai, international corporate structures, succession and acquisitions. KCM combines strategic planning with coordination of implementation on the ground: from the appropriate company structure and licence to coordination of visa and residency matters, support with renewals and further business development.
